Islamabad: World’s fastest bowler Shoaib Akhtar returned to the cricket field as he shared a clip of his bowling at a new cricket ground in Islamabad.
The 46-year-old, known as ‘The Rawalpindi Express’, retired from the game in 2011 but still enjoys bowling with the same slingy action.
In a video, it can be seen appealing for a LBW dismissal but the on-field umpire denied the appeal.
“It was fun bending the back after a long time at this beautiful new ground at the Islamabad Club,” he wrote on his social media channels.
