KARACHI: Governor Sindh, Imran Ismail has assured full support to the first-ever franchise-based Pakistan Football League (PFL).
PFL is a joint venture of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) and Global Soccer Ventures (GSV) with an aim to promote football in Pakistan.
GSV’s CEO Zabe Khan met Governor Sindh Imran on Thursday. In their meeting, the two parties discussed the development of football in the City of Lights.

“I’m happy to have Governor Sindh’s full support for the PFL. Karachi is the hub of football and we can’t wait to bring this sport on one platform to the city of lights,” Khan said.
GSV plans to unveil the infrastructure project in Karachi, with the metropolis set to host the first season of PFL.
