New Zealand to attend first training session today after arriving in Pakistan

Rawalpindi: The New Zealand cricket team will practice here today at the Pindi Cricket Stadium for the first time after they arrived in Islamabad on September 11, ARY Sports reported.

Blackcaps are on the tour of Pakistan after 18 years where they will play three ODIs and five T20Is.

All members of Pakistan and New Zealand cricket teams returned COVID-19 Tests. Both teams will take part in a three-hour-long training session from 4.30 pm.

It must be noted that first match of the ODI series will be played on September 17 while second and third will take place on 19 and 21 respectively.

After the ODI series, both teams will leave for Lahore for five-match T20I series.
