LAHORE: Upcoming chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Ramiz Raja met players and coaches here at Gaddafi Stadium, ARY News reported.
According to the details, Ramiz shared his aims and plans as PCB chairman with players’ bunch led by Babar Azam and interim coaches, Saqlain Mushtaq and Abdul Razzaq.
Ramiz put his vision in front of attendees in a two-hour-long meeting. He also took suggestions from players and coaches for the betterment of cricket in the country.
It must be noted here that PCB’s Patron-in-Chief Prime Minister Imran Khan nominated Ramiz and Asad Ali Khan for 36th chairman of the cricket board. The elections for the new chairman are scheduled in the BoG meeting on September 13.
