Lahore: Veteran Pakistan player Mohammad Hafeez has congratulated Ramiz Raja after he became 36th chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday.
The 59-year-old Ramiz was elected unopposed as the new head of the country’s cricket board in a special Board of Governors (BoG) meeting under PCB’s Election Commissioner Justice (retd) Sheikh Azmat Saeed.
Ramiz a.k.a Rambo received congratulatory messages from the cricket fraternity and the 40-year-old Hafeez also congratulated the former batsman.

Remember, Hafeez and Ramiz are reportedly not on good terms after the latter suggested Hafeez to retire and let youngsters replace him in the national side.
Hafeez also respected Ramiz’s cricketing career but pointed out his awareness for the game, citing that his 12-year-old son understands cricket much better than Ramiz.
