Army’s Humera Baloch wins Defense Day Women’s Cycle Race

KARACHI: Pakistan Army’s Humera Baloch has bagged Defense Day Women’s Cycle Race organized by District Municipal Corporation (DMC) South in collaboration with Sindh Cycling Association (SCA) here on Sunday. 

According to the details, Humera covered eight kilometers distance in 22 minutes and 30 seconds to win the race. Sumera Baloch also of Army bagged the second position by covering the given distance in 22 minutes and 42 seconds. Tayyaba Imdad came third by clocking 22 minutes and 58 seconds.

Commissioner Karachi Naveed Ahmed Sheikh was the chief guest on the occasion and inaugurated the race. At the juncture, he congratulated DMC and SCA for organizing this race involving females.
